Are you an experienced captain or skipper with a passion for sailing? Do you have hands-on experience operating sailing catamarans or similar yachts, and would you love taking guests on unforgettable day trips? Then we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely and professionally operate a large sailing catamaran during daily charter trips.
- Work together with the crew and welcome guests onboard.
- Ensure a smooth, friendly, and relaxed experience for all passengers.
- Take full responsibility for the vessel’s safety, navigation, and general condition.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience as a captain/skipper on sailing yachts, preferably on catamarans.
- Background in crewed charter or tourism is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Available on short notice and looking for a full-time position.
- Possession of appropriate licenses/certifications (Boatmaster 3 or similar.).
