Bookings:

• Bookings can be made online (inquiry form), by phone or Whats-App (+599 777 11 33) or swing by our office at Kaya J.N.E. Craane 22.
• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Any dietary restrictions or specials requests must be communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.
• Bookings are made between May 1st and September 30th 2025.

Payment options:

• Debit and credit card payments at the Epic Tours office
• Cash payments at the Epic Tours office
• A secure payment link via Sentoo

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled tour for a full refund.
• For cancellations within 1 day of the tour, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
• For cancellations within 2 days of the tour, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
• For cancellations within 4 days of the tour, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
• No refund for no-shows.
